Returns & Refund Policy — Sun Glow

Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. On top of this statutory right, we give you a full 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind the quality of Sun Glow. If you're not happy with your product, email us at cleaneve@outlook.es within 30 days and we'll help put it right with a refund or replacement, whichever suits your case best.

Condition of returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within the cancellation period for any reason. To process your request quickly, we'll ask for your order number or proof of purchase and, where relevant, a short description or photo of the issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to start a return
Email us at cleaneve@outlook.es with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Please don't send anything back before your return has been confirmed and approved by us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll resolve it at no cost to you (replacement or full refund, including any return postage you've paid).

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping times
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the UK. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
